The group consists of two companies – Pumptec Engineering Services Ltd and Setaria Group Ltd. Pumptec Engineering Services was founded in 2003 by our current CEO Kenneth Mallon, with a focus on providing quality independent engineering services, To support the organic growth of service lines provided, 2004 saw the opening of its first premises in Birkenhead, consisting of offices and servicing facilities. By 2008, whilst still operating within the industrial market, Pumptec expanded into the FM market, offering onsite and offsite overhauls across the UK. Rapid expansion followed in 2015 with a move to a large purpose-built Service Centre that would accommodate inhouse engineering capabilities. Setaria was founded to support the growing need for HVAC and mechanical services, primarily for the FM sector. Setaria Group covers a multi-discipline maintenance service to a wide client base, providing both reactive and planned maintenance services across multi-business sector properties. Through the years, the company has grown organically from recommendations and a reputation for quality workmanship, which led to a significant increase in Group turnover in 2020. Continued customer growth has enabled continued investment to be made, in both assets and human resources. The two well-established companies complement each other perfectly with a ‘one company’ approach, enabling Plant Managers, Procurement Managers, Production Managers, Facility Managers & operational team to have one point of contact. A central London office is opened due to the continued growth of our company nationwide. As the team, capabilities and client base develops, further expansion is planned in the future to accommodate ever-changing customer needs.
